Physical Therapy Technician

📋 Description

• Technician is unlicensed and supervised by a licensed PT/OT.
• Prepares equipment and treatment areas for patients.
• Assists/observes patients with prescribed exercises; documents responses.
• Performs basic treatments such as applying ice or heat.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and therapy areas; handles linens.
• Handles administrative tasks: patient intake, calls, scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in the use of computers and learning new software programs.
