Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
Assist and/or observe prescribed therapy exercises and document responses.
Perform basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change linens.
Administrative tasks: patient intake, answering phone calls, scheduling.
Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in the use of computers and learning new software.
