Physical Therapy Technician

📋 Description

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist and/or observe patients performing prescribed therapy exercises; document responses.
• Perform basic prescribed treatments (ice packs, heat pads) as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change and launder linens.
• Assist with patient intake, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Unlicensed; works under direct supervision of licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Must work in a clinic per state PT/OT Acts and company policy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in the use of computers and learning new software programs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
