Provide treatment, tests, education and interventions per PT guidance
Perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients
Deliver care in Senior Living Communities across Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon and Adams Counties
Work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Per visit basis opportunities available (Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem)
Support patient well being through rehabilitation services

🎯 Requirements

Current Pennsylvania licensure/certification
Graduate from a two year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
One year PTA experience and proficiency exam if initial qualification before 1977
At least one year work experience under supervision of a PT
Other activities as requested
