Home health visits for adults/geriatrics in Franklin, Nash, and Vance counties.
Per-visit basis care in home health setting.
Maintain NC PTA licensure and comply with regulations.

🎯 Requirements

Current licensure in North Carolina (NC).
Graduate from an APTA-approved 2-year PTA program.
Minimum 1 year PTA experience; proficiency exam if initial before 1977 (per USPHS).
At least 1 year work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Other activities, as requested.
