Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide treatment, tests, patient education, and interventions per PT guidance.
• Perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in Pitt County.
• Assist patients to attain or maintain optimal physical well‑being.
• Document care and coordinate with supervising Physical Therapist.
• Deliver care with BAYADA infection prevention and PPE protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina licensure/certification.
• Graduate of a 2-year APTA‑approved PTA program.
• One year PTA experience or qualifying proficiency exam prior to 12/31/1977.
• At least one year of work under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
• Other duties as requested.
