Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Perform home health PTA visits for adults and geriatric patients in Cumberland and Harnett counties.
• Provide treatments, tests, client education, and interventions per licensed Physical Therapist.
• Coordinate care with the Fayetteville Visits office and field staff.
• Maintain licensure, professional standards, and clinical documentation per BAYADA policy.
• This is a full-time role in the Fayetteville office.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in North Carolina.
• Graduate from a two-year APTA-approved program with transcript or diploma.
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam grade if initial qualification before 12/31/1977.
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
• Other activities, as requested.
