Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients per plan of care.
• Deliver treatments, tests, and education per a PT's orders.
• Work across Caswell, Person, and Orange counties on a per-visit basis.
• Support patient well-being and independence with skilled PTA activities.
• Collaborate with the BAYADA team to ensure safety and quality care.
• Maintain licensure and BAYADA standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure in North Carolina.
• Two-year PTA program approved by APTA.
• One year PTA experience.
• One year of work under a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Other duties as requested.
