  • Provide home health PT services to adults and geriatric patients during visits.
  • Assess and treat patients per licensed PT plan and PTA scope.
  • Educate patients and families on home care interventions.
  • Deliver services as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

🎯 Requirements

  • North Carolina licensure/certification as PTA.
  • Two-year PTA program approved by APTA (transcript/diploma).
  • One year PTA experience and proficiency exam prior to 12/31/1977.
  • At least one year of work experience under PT supervision.
  • Other activities as requested.
