Provide home health PTA services to adult/geriatric patients in Johnston County.
Perform treatments, tests, education, and interventions per licensed PT.
Conduct part-time home visits for the Raleigh Visits office.
Collaborate with a licensed Physical Therapist to implement the plan of care.
Uphold BAYADA safety protocols and infection control.

🎯 Requirements

NC PTA licensure/certification.
Two-year APTA-approved PTA program (transcript/diploma).
Minimum 1 year PTA experience and satisfactory proficiency exam.
At least 1 year of work under supervision of a PT.
Other duties as requested.
