🎯 Requirements

- Two years PTA experience and a proficiency exam.
- At least one year under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Home health experience welcomed but not required.
- Calm, reassuring presence; active listening; strong assessment.
- Deliver patient care with compassion and reliability.
