Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform treatments, tests, education, and PT-guided interventions.
• Cover Union County Visits office for Somerset and Middlesex Counties, NJ.
• Support patients in attaining or maintaining physical well-being.
• Work per-visit basis in home care settings.
• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist to plan care.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ licensure or certification.
• Two-year PTA program approved by the APTA.
• Two years of PTA experience.
• At least one year under PT supervision.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform per-visit patient care.
