📋 Description

• Be partnered with an experienced home health PT
• Assist clients with treatment, tests, and education per plan
• Implement care plans: therapeutic exercises, gait, balance
• Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, independence
• Document observations and interventions on a touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an APTA-approved two-year PTA program
• Or have two years PTA experience with a proficiency exam
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
