Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide PT services to adults and geriatric patients in home health visits.
• Administer treatments and tests per the PT plan; educate clients.
• Deliver interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Per diem role serving Great Falls, VA and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with BAYADA field team to coordinate care.
• Other activities as requested.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure/certification in VA.
• Graduate from a two-year APTA-approved PTA program with transcript/diploma.
• One year PTA experience and proficiency exam if initial qualification before 12/31/1977.
• At least one year of work under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Other activities as requested.
