Perform home health visits for adults/geriatrics in Charlottesville & Staunton, VA.
Provide treatments, tests, and education per PT directions.
Collaborate with supervising PT to implement care plans.
Maintain VA licensure and professional standards.
Other activities as requested.

🎯 Requirements

Current VA licensure/certification.
Graduate of a two-year APTA-approved PTA program.
Minimum one year PTA experience; proficiency exam per US Public Health Service (pre-1978).
At least one year experience under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Other activities as requested.
