- Deliver care on a per‑visit basis in patients' homes
- Maintain patient safety and privacy during visits
🎯 Requirements
- VA licensure or certification
- 2-year APTA‑approved PTA program with transcript or diploma
- One year PTA experience and a proficiency exam (before 12/31/1977)
- At least one year experience under supervision of a qualified PT
- Other activities as requested
