🎯 Requirements

Current SC licensure/certification as PTA.
Two-year PTA program approved by APTA (transcript or diploma).
Two years PTA experience and PHS proficiency exam before 12/31/1977.
At least one year of work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Other activities as requested.
