📋 Description

• Provide treatment, tests, and education per PT delegation.
• Assist clients to attain or maintain physical well-being at home.
• Perform visits in Franklin County, VT for Senior Living clients.
• Collaborate with a Physical Therapist to determine interventions.
• Adhere to BAYADA infection prevention, PPE, and safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure/certification in Vermont.
• Graduate from a 2-year PTA program approved by APTA.
• One year PTA experience with PHS proficiency exam for pre-1977 qualification.
• At least one year supervised by a Physical Therapist.
• Other duties as requested.
