Be partnered with an experienced and supportive home health Physical Therapist
Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical wellbeing under a licensed PT
Implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises, gait, balance
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote safety and independence
Document observations with a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Graduate from a two-year program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Have two years of PTA experience with a proficiency exam pass
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
