Help clients attain or maintain optimal physical well-being.
Perform home health visits for the Vermont Visits office.
Serve adult and geriatric patients on a per-visit basis.
Work within Washington County, VT, following BAYADA protocols.

🎯 Requirements

Current Vermont licensure or certification.
Graduate of a 2-year APTA-approved PTA program.
At least 1 year PTA experience and PHS proficiency exam before 1977.
At least 1 year under supervision of a PT.
Other duties as assigned.
