🎯 Requirements
- A current Physical Therapist Assistant license in AZ
- Graduate from a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Two years PTA experience; proficiency exam per Public Health Service requirements (pre-1978)
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
- Eligible to practice as a PTA in AZ
