📋 Description

• Provide home health visits for MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA in Myrtle Beach, SC.
• Serve patients in ZIP codes 29566, 29568, 29582, 29572, 29578, 29577, 29579.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehab and skilled nursing at home.
• Support patient recovery and independence through PTA services under PT supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Current SC licensure/certification as PTA.
• Graduate of a two-year APTA-approved PTA program.
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam if initial qual before 12/31/1977.
• At least one year of work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Other activities as requested.
