Be partnered with an experienced and supportive home health Physical Therapist
Assist clients with treatment, tests, education and interventions
Implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance
Educate clients, families and representatives in rehabilitative care for independence
Accurately document observations and evaluations using a tablet

🎯 Requirements

Graduate from a two-year APTA-approved program
Two years PTA experience with a satisfactory proficiency exam
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
