📋 Description

• Provide treatment and tests per PT instructions.
• Educate clients on exercises and care plans.
• Support adult and geriatric patients in home visits.
• Per-visit home health services in Lebanon, NH area.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Hampshire licensure or certification.
• Graduate from a two-year APTA-approved program.
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam prior to 12/31/1977.
• At least one year supervised PTA experience.
• Other activities as requested.
