Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health

📋 Description

• Deliver PT interventions, tests, and client education per PT guidance.
• Support home health visits for SBV BAYADA in Chittenden County, VT.
• Help patients attain or maintain optimal physical well-being.
• Work per-visit under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure/certification in Vermont.
• Graduate of a two-year APTA-approved program with transcript or diploma.
• Two years PTA experience and a proficiency exam if initial qualification occurred before 1977.
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a PT.
• Other activities, as requested.
