Assist clients to attain/maintain physical well-being via treatment, tests, education.
Deliver PTA services in home health visits for adult/geriatric patients.
Work on a per-visit basis for SBV BAYADA office in Franklin County, VT.
Provide interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
Support client goals and safety during home health visits.

🎯 Requirements

Current Vermont licensure/certification.
Two-year APTA-approved PTA program (transcript/diploma).
Two years PTA experience and USPHS proficiency exam (pre-1977).
At least one year work experience under PT supervision.
Other activities, as requested.
