📋 Description

  • Provide treatment, tests, client education and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist to assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well‑being.
  • Perform home health PT visits for the Rutland (RTV) office serving adult and geriatric patients on a per-visit basis in Springfield and surrounding towns, VT.
  • Maintain current Vermont licensure/certification.
  • Graduate from a two-year APTA-approved PTA program with transcript or diploma.
  • Have two years of PTA experience and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam (if initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977).
  • At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.

🎯 Requirements

  • Current Vermont licensure or certification as a PTA.
  • Two-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam (if initial qualification occurred before 12/31/1977).
  • At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a licensed PT.
  • Other activities, as requested.
