Physical Therapy Assistant

📋 Description

• Perform home health visits in senior living communities in Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon and Adams Counties.
• Serve adult and geriatric patients on a per-visit basis.
• Assist clients with treatment, tests, education, and PT-directed interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate from a two-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• One year PTA experience and proficiency exam (initial qualification before 12/31/1977).
• At least one year’s work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
• Other activities, as requested.
