- Provide home health PTA services to adults/geriatric patients per visit in Burlington County, NJ.
- Assist clients with treatment, tests, education, and interventions as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Travel to patient homes for Moorestown and surrounding Burlington County visits.
- Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist to plan and adjust patient care.
- Maintain NJ licensure and comply with BAYADA policies.
🎯 Requirements
- Current NJ licensure or certification.
- Graduate of a two-year APTA-approved PTA program (transcript/diploma).
- Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam if applicable.
- At least one year of work under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Other activities as requested.
