Physical Therapist, Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests: ROM, transfers, balance, strength, safety.
• Implement wound care interventions to prevent wounds and promote repair.
• Develop individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait training, balance.
• Continually assess and revise the PT care plan with nursing.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care for safety and independence.

🎯 Requirements

• A current FL Physical Therapist license.
• At least one year of PT experience.
• Graduation from APTA-approved program or AMA-accredited.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
