Physical Therapist - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Assess mobility, ROM, strength, balance, gait, and safety.
• Provide wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical care.
• Develop and update care plans including manual therapy and gait training.
• Collaborate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan.
• Document observations and interventions using EMR on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program with transcript/diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
