Perform diagnostic tests: mobility, ROM, strength, balance, safety.
Implement wound care and evidence-based dressings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans incl. manual therapy and gait training.
Assess and revise PT care plans, collaborating with nursing.
Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence.

🎯 Requirements

North Carolina PT license.
Minimum 1 year PT experience.
Graduate from an accredited PT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
