Provide wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
Develop and adjust individualized PT care plans (exercises, gait, balance).
Collaborate with nursing on multidisciplinary plans; continually assess and adjust.
Document observations and interventions on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

PA PT license in good standing.
Minimum of one year PT experience.
Graduation from an APTA-approved PT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with computers; EMR experience preferred.
