Implement wound care and protective interventions using evidence-based dressings.
Develop individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait training, and balance.
Update care plans and collaborate with nursing in multidisciplinary teams.
Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence.

🎯 Requirements

A NJ Physical Therapist license.
Minimum of 1 year PT experience.
Graduation from an APTA- or AMA-accredited program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; EMR experience preferred.
