Conduct diagnostic tests and measures: mobility, ROM, transfers, balance, safety.
Implement wound care and dressings to promote healing.
Develop and revise PT care plans: manual therapy, gait training, balance.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.
Document observations and interventions in an EMR.

🎯 Requirements

PA Physical Therapist license.
Minimum 1 year PT experience.
Graduate of an APTA/CAAHEA approved PT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
