Visit clients in their home across Joplin, MO for PT care.
Provide 1:1 direct care in client homes.
Conduct mobility and balance assessments, ROM, gait checks.
Develop and revise individualized care plans with manual therapy and gait training.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
Document observations and interventions using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current PT license.
One year of clinical experience preferred.
Home health experience welcomed; we will train you.
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
