- Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- At least 1 year of PT experience.
- Graduation from an APTA- or AMA-approved PT program (transcript/diploma).
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with EMR; prior EMR experience preferred.
