📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in Ocean County, NJ area.
• Perform mobility/ROM, transfer status, balance, and safety assessments.
• Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and update PT care plans: manual therapy, gait, balance.
• Educate clients and families on rehab and independence; document with EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from an APTA or AMA-accredited program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
