Collaborate with nursing on multidisciplinary care plans.
Educate clients and families for health and independence.

🎯 Requirements

Active New Jersey PT license.
At least one year of PT experience.
Graduation from an APTA/AMA-approved program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with EMR systems.
