Assess mobility, ROM, strength, endurance, balance, and safety.
Develop and implement individualized PT plans with exercises and gait/balance training.
Provide wound prevention and care using evidence-based dressings.
Continuously review and revise care plans.
Educate clients and families on rehab activities to promote safety and independence.
Document observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

A current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona.
Graduation from an APTA-approved PT program.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
