Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, gait, balance)
Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training
Apply protective wound care using evidence-based dressings
Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for safety and independence
Document observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current Hawaii Physical Therapist license
Graduation from an APTA-approved program or CAAHEA-accredited
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
