Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (ROM, gait, balance, safety)
Develop and implement individualized PT care plans (manual therapy, gait, balance)
Implement wound prevention and care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents
Continually assess and revise PT care plans
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote safety and independence
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

AZ PT license required
Graduate PT program approved by APTA or AMA accreditation
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
