Implement wound care and dressings to promote healing.
Develop individualized care plans including manual therapy, gait training, balance.
Continually assess and revise care plans and coordinate with nursing.
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.

🎯 Requirements

A current South Carolina Physical Therapist - PT license.
Minimum of one year of PT experience.
Home health experience required.
Graduation from an APTA- or AMA-accredited program (transcript/diploma).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
