Perform mobility, ROM, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
Develop and implement individualized PT care plans (manual therapy, gait training).
Implement wound care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
Continually assess and revise the PT care plan.
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
Document observations and interventions on a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current Hawaii PT license (PT).
Graduate from an APTA-approved or CAAHEA-accredited program.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
