Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, ROM, strength, balance).
Develop and implement individualized care plans (manual therapy, gait training).
Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings.
Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan.
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care.
Accurately document observations and interventions in EMR via touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Hawaii PT license
Graduate from an APTA-approved program
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred
