Perform mobility tests and measurements (joint ROM, balance, strength)
Develop and implement individualized care plans with exercises and gait training
Assess and revise PT care plans with nursing in the multidisciplinary team
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for independence
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
