Perform mobility, ROM, strength, balance, and safety assessments
Develop and implement individualized PT care plans with exercises and gait training
Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical agents
Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for safety and independence
Document observations and interventions on a touch‑pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

A current Hawaii PT license
Graduation from an APTA-approved program or AMA CAAHEA accreditation
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
