Perform mobility, ROM, balance and safety assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans with exercises and gait training
Apply wound care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents
Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan
Educate clients and families on rehabilitation and daily living activities
Document observations and interventions in EMR on a touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona
Graduation from an APTA-approved program
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
