Perform mobility, strength, balance testing and safety assessments.
Develop and implement individualized care plans (manual therapy, gait, balance).
Use evidence-based dressings and wound care to promote healing.
Continually assess and revise the PT care plan.
Educate clients and families on rehab and independence.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in EMR.

🎯 Requirements

A current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Hawaii.
Graduation from an APTA/AMA-approved program.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
