Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
Develop and implement individualized PT care plans incl. manual therapy and gait training.
Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings.
Continually assess and revise the PT care plan.
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care.
Document observations and interventions in EMR on a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii.
Graduation from an APTA-approved program; transcript or diploma.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
